First, Welcome to PsychoBear. This is an all out General Forum, you can come here to talk about litarally anything you want. this is a no hold barred discussion board. However, Spamming and Flaming will not be tolorated by ANYONE.
Spamming= Posting more than one picture in the same forum, Or posting mass amounts of posts in a row for no other reason than to annoy, or making a post with absolutly nothing, or complete nonsense
Flaming= Flaming is only allowed in the Battleshits forum. Other than that it will not be allowed, no constant bagging on other members in other forums, save those forums for usefull, contributing posts
